Jessica

Jessica has been a certified Pilates instructor since 2011 and has practiced Pilates for over 20 years. With a background in activities ranging from tennis and ice hockey to yoga and kickboxing, her passion for Pilates deepened after using it to rebuild core strength postpartum. She experienced firsthand its benefits, including improved posture, reduced back pain, and enhanced performance in sports like skiing and tennis. After a career in urban planning, Jessica transitioned into teaching to help others feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. She holds a B.A. from Haverford College and a Master’s from NYU, and completed a 6-month intensive Classical Pilates certification at Core Pilates NYC, including 400+ hours of training. Jessica has taught at Equinox and Reebok Sports Club NY and was named “Best Fitness Instructor” in Westport Lifestyle Magazine (2021–2023) and “Best Pilates” by Westport Magazine in 2022.
