Jaclyn is a Balanced Body–trained Pilates instructor specializing in Reformer Pilates. Her teaching philosophy centers on the belief that mindful, intentional movement builds not only physical strength, but confidence and body awareness. Jaclyn emphasizes precise alignment, controlled transitions, and breath-driven movement to help clients move efficiently and safely.
